SCAT Ford/Mercury Small Block SFI Flexplate 164 Tooth Neutral Balance This is a new small block Ford flexplate. 164 tooth. This is a neutral balanced plate that will work with internally balanced engines. Stamped from a extra thick 5/32" colt rolled steel plate for extra strength. Features double welded ring gears and is a direct bolt on component. SFI 29.1 approved balanced and checked for runout. SFI certification sticker in included. This flexplate fits some 1968-1982 small Block Ford and Mercury 1981 and newer 289/302 engines that are internally balanced. It is 14.23" outside diameter uses 11-1/2" torque converter bolt circle. Please check your application for the correct fitment Ford used two different weights 28.2oz. and 50oz. with different size engines thru the years so unless your engine was rebalanced to internal this will not work on externally balanced applications.
